Step 1

Black's h-pawn is removed by a sacrifice (Rxh7). With the h-file ripped open, the king has nowhere to hide.

Anastasia's Mate Delivered

Rh8# — the rook mates on the h-file. The knight on f7 controls both g5 and h6, and the pawn on g7 blocks the remaining escape.
